Code of Conduct

A man's word is the whole deal in here. This is the short list every member stands behind.
Zero tolerance — violence
No threats. No plans. No "somebody ought to." No wishing harm on a person or a group, and no dressing it up as a joke. Threatening content is blocked before it posts, the account is closed, and credible threats go to the authorities. There is no second chance on this one.
Zero tolerance — bullying
No mockery, no contempt, no slurs, no piling on, no going after a man's family, job or name. If a man opens up and you use it against him, you're gone. Disagreement is welcome; cruelty is not.
What's said here stays here
No screenshots. No repeating another man's story outside these walls. Confidence is the reason this place works.
Listen before you fix
Most men here don't need advice, they need to be heard. Don't diagnose, don't preach, don't sell. If a man asks for help being held accountable, hold him to it — kindly and without contempt.
When a man talks about ending it
Take it seriously and stay with him. Our automated check flags that kind of language so a chapter lead can reach out — nobody gets punished for hurting. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911, or call or text 988. Then tell a chapter lead.
Faith
The Den stands on a Christian foundation, and there's a Prayer Room and a verse waiting every morning. Nobody will quiz you on it, and nobody gets to hammer another man with it. Respect the man next to you.
No recruiting, no selling
Don't pitch business ventures, politics campaigns, MLMs or anything else to the room. This isn't a market.
How to report
Every post has a report option in its menu. Reports go to your chapter lead, your name is not shown to the man you reported, and you can hide his posts from your feed on the spot. Reporting in good faith never counts against you.
What happens when you break it
Violence and bullying: removal, immediately. Everything else: a lead talks with you, content may come down, and repeat trouble ends the membership. A human makes every one of those calls.
The Den is peer support, not treatment or crisis care. If you are in danger or thinking about ending your life, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US) or dial 911. Veterans can press 1 after 988.
